Jayne Leigh Thomas, Ph.D.

Director, Office of the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act

Indiana University Bloomington

Dr. Jayne-Leigh Thomas is the Director of the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act. She has a PhD in Archaeology from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. She actively consults with tribal nations across the country on NAGPRA compliance and collaborative research projects and serves on the Society for American Archaeology's Committee on Native American Relations.
