Taylor Moore is a member of the Kitkehahki Band of the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma and is a descendent of the Otoe-Missouria tribe and Navajo Nation. Taylor has been a lifelong student of the Pawnee language, taking classes in the public school system and in his undergraduate work at the Pawnee Nation College. In 2016, he earned his master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in Applied Linguistic Anthropology. In the fall of 2016, Taylor became a lead Pawnee Language teacher teaching online and in-person community classes and teaching at the Pawnee Nation College. Currently, Taylor is the Language Manager for the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma, where he develops and implements language curriculum.
